"Flight Path" was gorgeous. I had such a special relationship with my non-English speaking grandmother growing up, especially because she used to pick me up from nursery, I used to help her with her chores & we'd watch kid shows together despite the language barrier. I've never read anything which has encapsulated our relationship better and it made me so emotional realising I finally have. <3

This is so good so far. Such a gorgeous short story collection. The last two I read, "Leave To Remain" and "Chatpata: Kaam" were both so beautiful.

I haven't really been sold on this yet but now I'm getting interested... Probably just because they're getting closer to solving the mystery and I just wanna be put out of my misery

I've still got a bit to go, but I just wanted to point out that I've never read/watched Carrie before going into it and I knew nothing about it, but I'm seeing so many parallels between this and Chronicle. I feel like Chronicle and Andrew Detmer were made to be a teenage boy's relation to Carrie. But that's just a theory. A Kale theory.
