Most of the time I’ve been confused about what’s going on. I think the Author was trying to make the past mysterious and slowly let the audience know what happened, but I’m just left wondering what the heck is happening. The constant flashbacks are confusing and it’s not always clear that the character is remembering a time that is not the current moment.
