A pox upon whoever named this particular story arc. I’ve had “wrapped up like a douche in the middle of the night” running through my head on a loop ever since I picked this one up. (Yes, I know those aren’t the right words; they’re still all I ever hear.)

Otherwise, the story’s been ok, even if Bunker is in danger of replacing Damian Wayne as my least favourite DC character.

I'm only one chapter in, and already getting a huge charge out of it. :)

I really can’t stand Trixie in this one. ☹️

I enjoyed the last Trixie Belden book I read so much, and now this one feels like such a slog. And this romance tripe. Gag. Hoping it improves as the mystery ramps up.

How could I have forgotten how absolutely delightful Alice in Wonderland is?

I’m sad that some of the charm has come off Little Women for me. Still a four-star read (down from the five youthful me remembers.
