I'm enjoying this one a good bit. Solid pacing and although the main protagonist (Shy) isn't doing much for me, I'm enjoying the side characters, Lamb and Temple, especially.

More about addiction than I had realized. Still some useful info / strategies but seems aimed at a population with more severe addictions rather than casual “phone addiction.” Though perhaps that same just downplaying my phone addiction.

I have implemented strict screen time locks on some apps and am really enjoying being more unplugged. Let’s see if it lasts.

Abercrombie’s world building is fantastic. Love that this trilogy has different POV each book while still featuring characters we’re familiar with from other books. Really expands on the world and emphasizes that everybody is somebody
