More about addiction than I had realized. Still some useful info / strategies but seems aimed at a population with more severe addictions rather than casual “phone addiction.” Though perhaps that same just downplaying my phone addiction.

I have implemented strict screen time locks on some apps and am really enjoying being more unplugged. Let’s see if it lasts.
