This is the second book I’m reading rn where the fmc is yearning for the mmc more than he is. So needy and whiney and desperate ugh I need a badass fmc where the guy yearns for her not her thirsting over him lol

Loving the story the drama that’s to come, but it is just so insta lovey rn. Ex. She just met the mmc and saw a picture of him as a kid and says “I’d recognize those eyes anywhere” lmao girl please

I don’t understand why for someone that speaks so much about her ex she only refers to him as “The Ex” like girl what’s this man’s name pls this is so weird lol

Great so far but can we stop writing fmcs that feel so much jealously towards a man that they barely know and have no idea if he’s taken or not. Like this weird ownership they feel towards strangers is annoying to read. Let the guys be jealous and the women not care pls. PLEASE

The issue with Stevie is that fine shes an overthinker ok whatever but it’s her thought process and what she says and how she acts bc you can overthink and still be mature. But she thinks/speaks like a 13 yr old and I hate it so much. It’s ruining the book and feels like a crappy YA story bc of her.

They’re so immature it’s making it hard to get into this book. The nose scrunching and teeth baring and name calling and reason why they’re “enemies” is so ridiculous. Literally cause of name calling over a decade ago.

Uhm the reason why they’re “enemies” has to be the most childish reason ever. Literally like what is this? I’m trying to not get annoyed and right this out but this is so dumb lol

Lol okay so I just realized this is the same author that wrote “Psycho Shifters”.. and again for some reason she loves writing about puke and vomit. It’s so weird like pls are you ok?!! I literally wrote about this in my review for her other book like wth girl... Aside from that it’s silly but funny I’m enjoying it!

I saw a lot of 1 star reviews.. but now I’m going into this knowing what to expect so let’s see how I like it 😂
