Last year,I read one of my favourite Christmas stories is by the same author (I wish it could be Christmas every day). I wondered as it started if it was going to be following the same sort of style, then when Brian spoke on the radio, I knew it was. And I can’t wait to see where it takes us. I have a feeling that several of their stories will make me cry though.

I’m in full on Christmas festive reading mode. I do love a cosy Christmas romance. 😊

Oh my goodness….

Taking me back to my early teenage years when I found these in my loft.

I am just over half way through and I don’t want to stop reading.
We are finding out about how Alex is coping with being an IS (indentured servant) and it is not a pleasant experience so far. In fact he’s in a very dark place, will he be broken by it?
Josiah is growing on me, will he ever let go of the past and finally grieve for his dead husband.
Will the two of them trust each other?
So many questions.

I have been waiting for this book for so long and although I am only five chapters in I am completely hooked.

Totally enthralling. Can’t put it down.

I’m up to chapter 9 and this certainly is not a happy read. I am hoping that this is just setting the scene. My heart is breaking for Imogen.
