at this point, i'm pretty sure C.S. Lewis knew something we don't...I'm so glad I came across this book and will not stop talking about it now!! ☕

omg!! the way the author obviously observed humans in such a detailed manner and understood the purpose...i'm amazed!

I've been enjoying it so far, it's definitely educational when it comes to the studies that I didn't know about. In general, this book makes you more aware of the fact that your mind influences whatever happens to your physical health and conditions. Let's see where we go from here...🤓
