I highly recommend this book. It’s not loaded with boring jargon, breaks down the components and dispels myths. It’s reaffirmed a lot of our good eating habits and made me cry a little inside as I clean my pantry up. If you’ve dieted, felt afternoon crashes, brain fog, gut issues, have family heredity challenges, or want to just be healthier - get this book.
