Lord of the rings meets Epstein island… I hate this book so much. It’s like the author is brain dumping everything he read on the news and coupled it with 20-year-old young adult movies that he watched from the pandemic and turning himself into a twisted social justice warrior using the characters to avenge some twisted political and moral plot. Is this how all of his books are?

Struggling… it’s slow to arc and so verbose. It’s like Ms Perrigrins children are alien spawn fighting an invisible good vs evil fight in the universe and the other side are the morally corrupt. But I can’t quit it.
