FANCY NANCY HAD CHAPTER BOOKS!?!??
And she SLEUTHED!?!
Five year old me is so excited.
Hell. 23yo me is so excited.
I bet even 50 year old me is ECSTATIC (that’s a fancy word for excited)

so far? 10/10
I love this so much

I think if I'm going to read nonfiction - I really like this kind of essay style.

this definitely needs to be read around people

this is absolutely darling

I don't know what possessed me to pick this up as I hated the "Emma" manga classic I read years ago, but I'm so glad it did. This is adorable

I love this so much already. And the fact that the Crows name is “Dog”…. This author is a kindred spirit for sure

skipping this entire chapter (42) lol

this book is a little too explicit for my taste... but I'm too far in to quit

Nooooo there has to be a way

i absolutely love this.
It's like a 2000's Barbie movie meets Emma M. Lion

libby returned it 🥺

Okay, I love this lol

I'm just burning through short stories at this point so I have an excuse as to why I haven't picked back up TCOMC

I DESPERATLEY need the Kiki's delivery service sequel but I told myself I have to read one book off my physical tbr before I buy any one new book... so the shortest books I got are up lol

unfortunately... I'm not feeling this one very much

starting and reading everything except books I already own

I miss Jolene a little lol

I REALLY am in the mood to read the next Way of Kings,
the PROBLEM is - I grounded myself from Brandon Sanderson until I read Count of Monte Christo (since I have said I'm going to finish it for over a year) ... and I just have NOT felt motivated to pick it up 😭
plus, even when I do finish COMC, I have to read the last Mistborn before I read Rhythm of War
But I am missing the Knight's Radiants!

i love how cynical her main characters are, they feel so cathartic

You guys don't understand how excited I am for this -

lol of course the women are Rhyme and Reason and everything fails without them
as it should be

peters a lil snarky in the first comics
talking about "ill make them see" and all that supervillain crap 😂

you know, in 8th grade my advisary teacher made us listen to her read a fantasy math book every day before our other classes... I think it was called like The Number Devil? or something, but the teacher got replaced and we never finished the book.
So far, this is reminding me of a cross between that book and alice in wonderland lol

I cannot decide
I have gripes
But also I really liked it….
I’m torn

This is beautiful-
And the king needs to be PUT DOWN

so this is a very quick read... but I dont like it... but I need to know the ending...but this is awful as all hell

Jane and Charles, my angels, I've missed you

As much as I love Jonathan and Juliet and will read every book that comes out - How many other pre-existing Jane Austen characters can be murdered? 😭 Are there no other people in London they can investigate? It's so odd how many people connected to them keep getting offed 😂

Adam is a butt-munch. Respect to Persephone, LOVE HARRY!
