I have finished the first book in the collection which is Frankenstein, it's quite a bit different from most of the movies. Plan to take a break before tackling the next novel in the collection. The language is tough slogging for someone not use to the very old fashioned style.

Picked up the first 4 parts of this as part of a free kindle anthology. Reached chapter 8 of part 1 really quite enjoying it so far

An interesting beginning

Love the story so far. Not crazy about the story format though. I find it a little jaring and confusing
