Slow day in the office so I picked this up and found it surprisingly helpful and relevant to my job (field geologist for an environmental consulting firm primarily working in PRP). I obtained this book from my university’s hydrogeology professor who was retiring and let students take whatever books they wanted from his office last semester.

Isolation at the nadir of mental and physical fortitude. The clowns that surround me are as phony as they are fiendish in this infernal circus. The ringleaders play tug of war with my limbs; dismemberment comes as deliverance. My only reprieve manifests itself in the form of escape, all ways out. Has it ever been more over?
