I honestly don’t think I can finish this.

Listening to this audiobook and completely losing my mind!

DNF.

I’m trying too hard to get through this. That usually isn’t a good thing. The author tells way more than he shows, to the point that I feel I’m in a science class. The novel, however, has a good premise.

Maybe one day, I’ll have the patience to return to it.

There’s an urgency to this book. Not sure why…

Mr. Ellroy always takes a while in his narrative to get the plot together, but when he does, it moves and you can't put it down until it's finished. I figured out something a while back, just waiting on the guys in this book to catch wind of it.

I think I know how this ends. We've all been fooled up to this point.

This is the second book of hers I've read. Honestly, they take a while to get into, but when you do, it's a pretty good experience.

Only just realised this was non-fiction. Makes sense though, all things considered. I definitely think Jim is guilty. He's clever, but not enough.
