finished chapter 20th: this book feels so quick and now so little left before the end. I really enjoy how quick it moves though and of the three Jane Austen novels I have read this one is the most enjoyable to reread.

Anne keeps assuming everything and taking care of everyone's feelings but her own... it's only the start by already so fun to read again♡

Like the other Jane Austens books this one started of with many names and locations. It was hard to keep up but usually in a few chapters or a dozen of pages the names start sticking. I got sucked into Anne's story right away and the other Elliotts are just as fun to keep up with! So far enjoying way more than my favourite Sense and Sensibility!!!

finished chpt.24 - i didn't think that this book of all things would have a message that i really needed to hear in these times. Our faith in the moments of fear, struggle, and war isn't about feelings. It’s about facts and what we know God stands for.

end of volume 2, chpt.36: ok this book or this story is just full of the type of people i avoid in my life... ehhh all this properness and this fake amicability and all for what? hahaa

finished chpt.31... ehhh so now both sisters have lost their loves haha. and it's all because of unsaid things, assumptions, and prejudices. ha ha is this the main theme to all jane austen's novels? hehe

finished chpt.27~~ no resolve yet and getting less interested to find out. haha.. but the properness of the language spoken is growing on me. definitely not the properness of behaviors and the manner in which everyone needs to be - that i do not like...

finished chpt.22 and okayy okay now we're going somewhere hahaha... but man poor Elinor hhaaha. All these assumptions and unsaid things, the properness and sensibility really does screw everyone over! So it's getting funny and now I'm interested in how it all will resolve... but at the same time poor girls man.

finished chpt17. Not sure at all where this story is going so far. I can foretell some storylines but then it's like what is this even about? why did Willoughby leave? also don't understand Marianne at all - is she engaged or not? why can't the mother or Elinor just ask? Why everyone assumes Elinor and Edward are engaged? too many whys at this point and so far i don't care for these characters yet. we'll see i guess.

finished chpt.14. idk.. kinda too cheesy and too typical and too predictable. but then again,i like that faith bits.

im enjoying the faith bits.

reading so i can watch the movie haha...and just finished chapter 6.

on chpt.53...and wow how annoying is Lydia and Wickham? I just don't understand why everyone has to be so fake ans just put a certain act to be "pleasant" and then there's people like them who just don't care and do what they want...haha... anyways this is almost over and i guess it did get a bit more interesting just still annoyed by status and the view of society on things in those times...

oh wow.. I'm actually interested in what happens next. we finally also get Darcy's confession, completely out of the blue from Eliza's pov. Also! now I know why the book is called pride and prejudice haha...when it clicked while Lizzy was reading Darcy's letter I realized I'm finding this book pretty funny and idk if it was supposed to be funny... but it was. so good.

the story has been alright so far... i love books where i can fully be immersed in the world that they're creating.
maybe i just don't know enough about this time period or the very pleasant and upright behavior of each character is just too dull.
The writing also has not been amazing. I guess what I'm thinking is - I do not why this story is so popular but I'm ready to be surprised at any moment...

on chapter 18 and really annoyed with Mr. Collins right now.
