I barely read anything from this chunky book but I can already tell that it's dark. Also that writing style? Love itt 😍

Loving this so far that I decided to annotate the hell out of this book. The writing is so whimsical and gorgeous I had to.

*note: I'm taking a slight break from this book because I got a slight brainwash by booktok/bookstagram new popular book titled Alchemised. Shiny new book is my new priority and I need to see what the hype is all about. Plus it's perfect for halloween (dark fantasy)*

I will be sleeping with tears in my eyes and with a serious heartache. Holly. Hope you sleep with one eye open every night you got to bed. But also thank you for writing amazing stories as always. Need to sleep. 6am 🌚 (yes it was worth it to stay up all night and read til the sun came out)

The twists are twisting harder than donut pretzels!! That's how I like it ☺️ Holly Jackson is my fave for a reason. She's way too smart when it comes to thr story and clues and shocking the readers and that's the thrill that I live for and enjoy when reading her books! She's the best in my eyes for a reason ❤️

I'm only 40 pages in but I'm I N V E S T E D!! Holly Jackson knows how to write a proper murder mystery/ thriller!! She's insaaane 😩❤️ how does she do that?! She has an incredible mind and I really respect her for it. Genius. Mastermind. Intelligent. Awesome writer. Holly I trust you to entertain me in the best way possible.
