Woo hoo! Been waiting for this book for a long time! And we begin...

So, there are a few problems here: 1) I didn't realize that you can't renew Overdrive books; 2) I am not the fastest reader; and 3) My Overdrive borrow expired. I've seen a lot of very negative reviews of this book. I disagree with the assessments that he's patting himself on the back -- rather, he speaks constantly of his negatives. Thank you, sir, for doing your part to allow the rest of us to sleep at night.

I'm exhausted and weary just READING about SEAL training.

I've been looking for a book to help me break out of a genre, and this was the one I went with. Pretty impressed so far.

Wow. Not sure why I didn't hear of this book sooner. So far, it's among the best books I've ever read. Ties espionage, geopolitics, and biology into a nice, neat package. Must read more by this author from what I can see so far.

Eh... Walker is the King of Run-On Sentences. No joke, one sentence took up a full page-long paragraph. Struggling with the writing style. I guess the story, itself is fine, but very early to tell.

This has been a great book so far. With the exception of one hokey part (which is perhaps one of the most significant in the book), I've enjoyed just about every page. Definitely a good read.

...and the book has gotten a whole lot of not much better. Just have to finish it now because it's a mission. The next Archer Mayor book I read will need to have 5 or higher of 5 stars.

S...l...o...w... r...e...a...d... At least it's not very clear what's going on. But now I have to keep reading so I can figure it all out. Not terribly cohesive.

I've made it through 10 POTUSe (POTI? PesOTUS?). Very informative book. I've learned a lot about our nation's founding fathers and recalled anecdotes from my youth.
