Can’t finish it. A little too gruesome for my current mental state, but I hope to come back to it eventually.

I couldn’t put this down, but I don’t attribute that to it being an amazing book. It was more so the extremely short chapters and tendency to end each on a mini cliffhanger that made me keep going. I didn’t love the ending, but I won’t deny that it was an easy read that kept me engaged. Not a must-read in my opinion, but a good idea for a book club (thanks, Reese!) or as a gift to someone who enjoys thrillers.
