New release!

When she kisses a handsome stranger, Belle is startled to discover he's the hand of the farm she just inherited.

When I first started writing, I just let the story unfold however it wanted to!

This made for A LOT of cutting and rewriting once it came time to edit.

Now, I find it's better for the story (and for my sanity!) to have a general idea of where things need to go. My characters still surprise me, and the magic of exploring who they are as I go is still there. I just have more structure. ;)

When I was a kid, summer meant READING! I would walk to the library and soak in as many books as I could. Mainly Babysitter's Club and Goosebumps, lol, though really I would read anything that sounded good.

Confession:

I write by hand!

Ideas flow so much differently with a pen in my hand rather than on a screen. Once it's down on paper, I then transfer it over to the computer, and the story fleshes itself out even more as I do.

Music when writing? A MUST!
It HAS to fit in with the type of story I’m working on. I’ve never been one for country, tbh, but lately I discovered Kacey Musgraves, and her Pandora station plays some fantastic love songs that are just catchy enough to make me change my mind.
Definitely great inspiration.
