Interesting stuff to read. If only a part of this is actually true all of us should think twice whether or not actively using social media. It doesn't take much to manipulate others or entire societies. All you need is:
access to large sets of data with confidential/personal information
IT tools and experts to analyze / identify algorithms for developing personalized profiles
People w/o ethical concerns
