I wish I could find this on audio so I could switch to that and finish it. I'm so bored. Reading the chapters written from Sylvia's POV are particularly exhausting.

The story is good but I really dislike the writing style. Too much tell, not enough show. The author over-explains everything and the women all seem like they have arrested development. I feel infantilized just reading this book! Switching to the audiobook at chapter 35 because I don't think I'll be able to force myself to keep reading otherwise.

Ok I know I just read this 4 months ago, but I'm in an audiobook slump so I decided to listen to this one along with my friend who is experiencing the series for the first time.

I swear half this book so far has been the MC explaining things that are going on in her Sims world. Is there a point? Because it's boring.
