Since I have been reading many self-help books, watching related YouTube videos and going to therapies, I do know many technics mentioned in the book. What I love about the book so far is that it is so easy to read and understand most concepts. For example, like setting some small goals to give some positive internal feedback to yourself so it boosts your dopamine and helps you reach your big goal eventually.
