i got this for free at a book fair so now i need to read this with no context. for science.

there's 4 copies of this book in the lounge library so i think it's a sign to reread

I somehow didn't read the title of this book properly and thought it was about the psychology of random things and now I'm just reading about a guy talking about lines and queues.

it's so scary when the author resolves a giant plot line when you're not even a fifth of the way through the book

I love how you can tell Ken Liu used to be an engineer. This book is filled with magic and court politics but the base of all the plot progression comes from science (interference, density, combustion...).

i'm definitely not reading this because i want to watch the kdrama that's very loosely based off this book

i'm either going to become obsessed or hate this book

“if i destroy you, what business is it of yours” i knew this scene was coming but it still shocked me

I could read the prologue itself a million times and still discover new foreshadowing or a new symbol

i miss this book (haven't been the same since i first read it)

IDK why i put off reading this for so long, I love the court politics.

i can't believe that space is real. how unfortunate that i can't go to see those beautiful places in person :(
