This is very dense reading. As is the case with a lot of books from the mid-1800s, there are more than a few huge words. Many of these words aren't even used anymore, which can make reading it even harder.

All that being said, this book is absolutely fantastic!

Seemingly every page blows my mind bit by bit. I've got quite the interest in the prophetic realm and it's a shame that more people haven't read this.

I really liked this book! It was amazing and I thought it was interesting how the author chose to skip over certain action scenes that saw actual fighting and chose to focus on the overall conflict of the book insead.

I also thoroughly enjoyed the portrayal of the prophetic. Oftentimes people fail to encircle the full emotional impact that knowing the future and possible futures brings. This covered it well.

Really enjoying this so far. Not gonna lie though, I knew what was gonna happen to Leto and I still was inwardly hoping otherwise I liked the guy.

Not gonna lie, I was nervous about this one at the start. It felt overhyped. That being said, I'm starting to get into it now! :)

Not gonna lie, I started this book like 6 years ago! Hahaha But, I really have enjoyed it. It really does a good job of framing the Founding Fathers against the backdrop of society in their time. After all this time, I'm finally almost done with it.

Interesting start, great world-building!
