I don’t really like this book, but it’s a quick read. I think it’s too dark for me (like intense trigger warnings dark, not vibes dark).

This ending is better than I even imagined, ugh so GOOD and RIGHT for the STORY I am MELTING

I really love this duology it’s a 15/10 for me, I’m sad it’s starting to end

From page 21 in this book I knew exactly what was going to happen - but only because I teach drug delivery. 😉

I love the magic system honestly, it’s so unique and really provides strong guidelines. I think it’s so well thought out and I’m sad I’m going to be finishing this book soon. Also I wish I could buy the set of cards!!

I think Elspeth is gonna die

I kinda hope one of them dies at the end (even though I really do like both the FMC and MMC). It would just make the book heart wrenching, which it should be.
