I had no idea there was a new Ransom Riggs out or I would've read it immediately. Already hilarious, weird and wonderful! I hope the new generations actually pick up Miss Peregrine b/c those books are a million times better than the film and have such positive messages.

So just judging by the first short story alone, wow--this collection really deserved every last one of its many awards.

I wish I could make this story last forever--this is exactly the "changeling" book I have been longing for!

Best faerie changeling book ever! I love this author's prose style too--smooth, uncomplicated, chiseled diction.

The best Fae high fantasy I have read in ages--Morgan's prose is so compulsively readable. If all high fantasy was this smoothly written and exhibited this level of restraint and balance, I would read it exclusively.

Louise Penny is just incapable of putting out anything less than a satisfying, well written book. This is certainly no exception.

Shockingly excellent--this is one of the most exciting YA horror/thrillers I have ever read. I am nearly half finished in only a few hrs. Can't stop. Shocked this book hasn't gotten more publicity!

So happy to say, "so far so good," because I haven't enjoyed a book by this author in several years. But this one is exhibiting strong writing thus far & the story has me hooked already.
