okay, not much has happened so far and there way to many characters to keep track of. I have some hopes for the ending, we'll see soon

It's gonna take some time. The edition that I have is from the 1970s and it's divided into three books.

I've been listening to the audiobook for almost a week now. So, it's going to take some time

It's also weird hearing this narrator pronouncing Romanian words in the wrong way. For example, a basic word mulțumesc (thanks). is not pronounced mulTumesc, it's pronounced mulTZumesc.

so far very interesting, although it's a bit weird to have someone from Lithuania write about Romania

I've been reading this for almost two weeks and I'm like halfway through. I'm not sure I actually like it, there are some good things, but it feels different in a bad way and it's mostly boring.

There aren't many things that could happen by the end that would prevent this from being the best book in the series.

we're off to a really great start and this could be the best book in the series.

So far, a lot weaker than the first book.
