I'm going to make it through this time!!! Thanks to the power of weeding!!! HURRAH

This is it, chaps, this is IT. 2026 is the year I finally make it through Middlemarch. You know how? GARDENING. Stick it in my ears while I'll pulling out weeds. Repeat for 30+ hours. LET'S GOOOO.

I dunno, I just have this crazy feeling things are gonna work out okay for the Torrence family...

Not me going to look at the Goodreads Choice awards and realising, yet again, I have not read a single one. Apparently I really need to up my intake of recently published books.

Okay I'm going in, with equal parts anticipation and dread. Let's see what happens!!

I have about half an hour left on the audiobook and frankly I cannot WAIT for it to be over...

Guys I just love the library. That's my friend that lends me books. I love her.

Because I am extremely cool I have just tagged all my read books by publication century! I thought 21st was going to come out trumps but now I'm done it looks like 20th is the winner (for now). A bit surprised by how low my 19th Century count is, though! Perhaps it's time I finally finish Middlemarch.

Got this for 99p on Kobo and can already tell it was a worthwhile investment.

Due to various factors, my reading progress this year has been diabolical. Which is a shame but I am getting through this (slowly) at least and enjoying it so much!!
