Fast paced and entertaining. I actually tried to write a story along the same lines as this. Back in high school. I didn't get far but the idea has always stayed with me. I'm glad I can get some sort of closure to the story through Natalia.

Compared to the novels I've been reading lately this has a very 'textbook' feel. The content is amazing--I've always loved history. The only problem is finding time to sit and read--considering it is hard to pick up where you left off without rereading a bit and I've got a three-year-old to keep me company.
