Compared to the novels I've been reading lately this has a very 'textbook' feel. The content is amazing--I've always loved history. The only problem is finding time to sit and read--considering it is hard to pick up where you left off without rereading a bit and I've got a three-year-old to keep me company. I received this book through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
