Going into this with no knowledge about its plot. Just that it's one of the most important dystopian novels of the last century and/or all time.

Been wanting to check this off my want-to-read for ages!

So Spain isn't the centre of the world? I can't cope-

Wondering if visual literacy could also be used to explain why the elderly have more trouble detecting AI generated images (the early ones, at least... :/), as they have seen less images than the average adult who is online.

Much to think about

Super interesting chapters on typefaces and the importance of not favouring latin fonts over arabic & the movement to eradicate capitalisation. Really loving this essay as a translator, loving the bits that are pertinent to my field of study and even more the ones that are not!
