Forgot about this one. I’ll try again

As much as I love Louise’s writing, I am not a fan of this one. stopped at 70%. It seemed to have too much sexuality during a boy’s coming of age time at the same time that his mom was brutally raped. The native stories did not help with understanding or illustrating the themes in my opinion. I just could not finish.

Not into it.

It’s a bit much as an audio book. Perhaps I’ll try kindle

Had to return it and won’t get it back for weeks. I really started getting into it too

Maybe I’ll try this one again later. I might have overdosed on his work recently, lol

Somehow, this book got off my radar. Must have been the work trauma I was undergoing at the time.

Interesting. It is long and feels long when the main character gets into her diatribes. I am still interested in finishing at some point but had to return it to the library. I think I’d prefer to listen to it tho.

I love him story but reading it is difficult. I’ve started this 3 times but got diverted. I do want to finish it!

I had to renew it so I need to wait a couple of weeks to finish it. It was a little confusing at first with all the brothers and lands to keep track of not to mention the women! I just decided to keep reading and it started to come together a bit. can’t wait to get the book back in my hands.
