Ok, it’s drawing me in now… I’ll keep reading

Struggling to get into the book. Can’t tell if it’s a book thing or a me thing.

I’m almost 20% through this book and I’m hoping the main character isn’t angry the entire time. She harbors such rage and hatred for everybody, it’s kind of exhausting.

I’m hopeful that the world building will explain what’s going on in the world, cuz I’m lost.

The narrator for this audiobook is rough. I’ve picked up this book so many times since August and once I hit ~30% it started to get good enough that I wanted to continue reading it.
