Second issue is one of the best horror comics I’ve ever read

Thriller is right, I am dreading every page turn

Book’s great with a special focus on women’s sports.

Writers selected aren’t fools enamored by the game in front of them but instead talented, well written, hardworking and circumspect reporters who give you political and social context around the subjects of each article.

The articles are usually paywalled in case you thought a chapter list could be a shortcut so I highly recommend the book at full price.

Started reading because I’m desperate for any prescriptive advice on not being tired or in pain most of my life when being physically active.
So far the book is typical pop science fare.

Neat suggestions and promising leads start each discussion with usually a reality check towards the end.

I’m contemplating skipping to the chapter that says what works.
