A frustrating but useful read. The info’s poorly organized. There’s plenty bloat and little proofreading for an expensive specialist text.
It reads like stitched together blog articles but contains wisdom I hadn’t considered coming from a marketing background to cmty mgmt.
Cmtys have acquisition funnels w/ activities at each tier, cmty can be seen as types defined by intended/prevalent interactions, and more.
