All of this, because at the end of the day, I find myself many times learning the most from my own research on the Internet or by my own curiosity. That's how I've grown the most and learned the most, and that's the prove that indeed the Spanish educational system is a failure.

this is what happens when a book is 20% to read and 80% to write. that very fact makes it only susceptible for the times that I'm home, leaving me bare in the subway (like right now). I should really start another book to take with me for this long wasted hours. I had thought about digging into Lovebug, but I'm afraid I might get a biological overdose. but hey: bodily fluids in a meticulous and poetic way. I'm in.

woof, the two last chapters were intense. spent like 3 hours typing like a maniac deconstructing the entire world. It really feels refreshing, only to stop doing so because you have to fall back into those society tracks that have been established for you (aka memorizing 13 units to vomit on a paper the 13th of this month, only to do so again some moths later, oh, how I wish to move and press the on button of life).

Education should teach you things that you'll use in your life, not so much memorizing and more understand and develping a crytical thinking capacity that will help you throughout your life or learning skills and how to do things that you'll actually need to do in the future, like: cómo hacer la declaración de la renta, aprender a cerca de la economía y cómo invertir tu dinero, cómo cocinar, practicar deporte...

It's an educational system that's outdated, it hasn't changed in at least the last 50 years and with the advancements that society has made, that's just embarrashing and unacceptable.

It's very memory-leaned, so you'll spend most likely up to 90% of your education memorizing things that you'll forget about in the next two days after your exam. All of that implies that you spend so many hours at home, even already as a 5-year-old kid working on things for school that, guess what? They're gonna be totally useless.

My country's education is a shit. Now, Spanish education is hard, we learn a lot and we have a higher level than that from UK, France or definitely the USA. But... is it worth it?
