I think the following quote accurately sums up the essence of the Zionist project (from a diplomatic correspondent at the time for The Daily Telegraph):

“The inflation of Jewish claims from a modest spiritual home to a Jewish state, which they were seeking to enforce by terrorism, had driven the Arabs to the point of exasperation” (emphasis added).

So far, this book adds much needed depth and new dimensions to the founding of the state of Israel hitherto unexplored in the other studies I’ve explored so far.
