It dances in the realm of forever, untouched by the hands of time.

This is, basically, never-ending. Or so it feels.

I've been trying to convince myself that Tartt's writing style is meticulous and rich, devastatingly immersive and I'm just missing something by not enjoying this book , but at the end of the day I find myself not really caring about the characters, or the plot development.
