Terrific story but extremely-sometimes" numbingly" detailed. The story of the House of Gucci's "savior" is grounded in much back history of the design world-cutthroat-world of the 1980's. "Succession" meets "Dallas" in ruthless interfamily squabbling. One chapter, mostly devoted to the young Tom Ford, is terrific!
