just finished "twittering from the circus of the dead" by: Joe Hill this was a really neat story as it was written in actual Twitter format.. it was written as a story but broken up into separate tweets as if someone was tweeting it live.. neat story too! loved how to the whole time this family thought it was a show.. but at the end.... not telling! 5 stars!

I kept saying "where's the zombies, when is the apocalypse going to start".. but at a certain point I started getting interested... the liquid camera was a really neat touch! neat Idea.. loved this novella, and the ending was amazing! wish it was longer! 5 stars! so sad only one more novella :(

just finished "shooting pool" by Joe R. Lansdale. this short story did not at all, not one tiny bit belong in this collection! Literally about murder in a bar whole playing pool.. has nothing at all to do with zombies or the apocalypse. the story was kind of pointless. it read like the middle of part of a book. well that was 15 min I'll never get back.. 1 star

just finished "Kids and their toys" by James A. Moore. I really enjoyed this novella! it had all the proper ingredients to make a perfect zombie tale. Kids being curious capture a zombie to "play" with it. they want to learn more about something that no one wants to admit exists. And well that brings us to the end... a little predictable! 4 stars! kids + zombies = a disaster waiting to happen!

just finished "Among us" by Aimee Bender. why must people wrong 3 pages and call it a story.. that's not a story, that's an introduction to a story.. this one made no sense.. just jibber jabber.. then that last paragraph makes you think.. hmm why are we all so fascinated with zombies? 1.5 stars.. only cuz it made me go hmm at the very end.

just finished "closure, limited" by Max Brooks. that was so short! just when I started entering the world in my mind I turn the page and it's over.. kind of confusing until the last few sentences.. neat idea. 2.5 stars .. with each story the bar continues to get raised, which makes it harder for the next story to add up!

just finished "Second Wind" by Mike Carey! wow I really enjoyed this one.. it started out and I didn't know it id like it cuz I don't normally like books from a living zombies perspective..in my mind a zombie doesn't live after turning.. but this one took a turn that I found very interesting and alluring! loved it! 5 stars.. very sad that it's over :( will be checking out this authors other works!

just finished "My Dolly" by: Derek Nikitas. I enjoyed this unique take on the apocalypse.. with all the bugs.. and the crazy unpredictable weather, and the world falling apart.. but zombies that walk and talk and have thoughts aren't real to me.. story line was ok.. left me with more questions than answers.. it was ok.. 3 stars
