Almost halfway through the 6th (2010) edition, and I can't stand wondering any longer how out-of-date the breast pump information is. She seems to think issues are likely with anything less than a "clinical-grade" pump. Have regular pumps improved since then? Will acquire the 8th edition to find out (at least her opinion).
