My only salvation in having this as a textbook is 1) sometimes it says obvious things so I can "quote" it and 2) I don't have to pretend to learn from the books, only to ask questions -- which, in the case of this book, are venomous and come from a place of genuine confusion. I have never given so much time for so little in return. Thank you for training my patience.
