I think this is the last of Rebecca‘s books i will read. The writing is mediocre (no news of improvement here) and what’s worse, the plot is recycled. Even character types are recycled (Varrish turns Aetos). I am only staying for the protagonists and the world building, which are rly good, I can’t deny.

Damn. Against my own predictions, I think i will have to read the next one. The banter is funny and the plot picked up, tho the language still…lacks quality.
