I am almost done with Crazy Like Us, which might be a good follow up to this one!

It is informative, but I wish it would go into more details about possible side effects. The book presents all the pertinent information about trade names and treatments. Also check out The Essential Herb-Drug-Vitamin Interaction Guide: The Safe Way to Use Medications and Supplements Together and Buzzed: The Straight Facts about the Most Used & Abused Drugs from Alcohol to Ecstasy to round out the picture. My mind would wander back to these books in certain instances especially for side effects and in regards to the fine line between legal and illegal drugs. In 2019, I'll get a chance to read Crazy Like Us, hopefully.
