The first quarter of the book is kooky history lesson about the fictional town of twin peaks. I assume the history is based off of north bend (the town where the series was filmed) history but I haven’t checked into any of it.

Here’s a few tidbits I can remember
- Meriwether Lewis was maybe murdered
- Woody Harrelson’s father was a was a contract killer and assassinated a judge
