I'm not finding Finley Donovan very likeable. She seems to be wallowing in what is genuinely a bad situation with her ex, instead of doing something about it. She casually steals from the mistress and then doesn't seem to have the backbone to report the guy to the police bc???

I do get why ppl like it. I think I just other a more character driven novel where I actually like the characters. Story itself was interesting enough
