I have a theory. Elspeth can absorb the cards… and she has infected blood…. I think she is the key to undoing the curse. She will need to unite the cards within herself and become the miracle.
And of course Ravyn is her counterpart. The necessary balance.
Just a theory. I’ve not read any spoilers but I would bet that I’m right.
