Allah SWT gave us people as gifts, but they were not meant to fulfill every need. So when we find that those we love cannot give us something, it is time to direct that need to Allah, al-Ghani (The Rich, The One Who Has No Needs) and be forgiving and understanding of their situation and shortcomings.

I’m loving this book so far. Learning the Names of Allah and His attributes makes me realize how merciful He is towards His servant.
