While I agree with many that this is at times generalized, makes assumptions without evidence, and can be vague (which is why I hesitated to read it right now), I also find a lot of value in its simplicity and openness — I’ve read so many self help books and I’ve been through years of therapy, none of this is new to me…but I feel affirmed in the recontextualization of my knowledge of love through new words.
