The villains motivations are stupid.

I called this twist at 20% and I was right. Someone give me a trophy. 🏆

Yup, I’m definitely right about the villain.

I already guessed the ending. We will see if I’m right but it’s too predictable and rote to not have been her dead fiance all along. It’s always the dead fiance.

Ugh, we are meeting literally every person that works for this company and being given highly detailed descriptions of them and how attractive they all are and who their likely counterpart will be in future books.
This is THE MOST annoying thing that books do lately, they spend so much time setting up the rest of the series when they should be focussing on building suspense. .

This is decent. I like that she’s Canadian and this fits with my boycott loving heart. 🇨🇦
