Excuse me, what?? You get a penalty for using an IV??! It's not like you're doing it for funsies???Why is this sport a thing??? The fact that it happens aften enough that a rule is made for it, and it's even a penalty, oh my gosh.

Because like, his teammates started doubting whether they should do the IV, even though the guy couldn't properly talk anymore due to dehydration, because of the penalty?? Doesn't seem like it is improving the health and safety of the competitors. (because I was thinking that it might encourage people to not let it get that bad, bit still, it's not like you do it on purpose anyway??
